These Terms govern your use of the apinizer.com website. Use of the Apinizer platform itself is governed separately — by the Community License (Open tier) or by your signed Enterprise contract.

Acceptance

By using apinizer.com, downloading the Open tier, or signing an Enterprise contract you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or the platform.

Two layers of agreement

The Apinizer relationship has two layers:

Website Terms (this document) — Apply to anyone visiting apinizer.com.
Platform Terms — The Community License governs the Open tier; a signed Master Services Agreement governs Pro and Enterprise. Platform Terms supersede Website Terms in case of conflict.

Permitted use of the website

You may:

Browse public pages, read documentation, view the blog
Submit contact forms in good faith
Subscribe to the newsletter or RSS feed
Link to apinizer.com pages with reasonable attribution

You may not:

Scrape, reverse-engineer, or systematically copy the website without written permission
Use the Apinizer name, logos, or wordmarks to imply endorsement without permission
Submit false information through forms
Attempt to access non-public parts of the website

Intellectual property

Website content, design, and code samples are © Apinizer and our contributors. Code samples and snippets shown in the documentation and blog are licensed under the same terms as the surrounding platform component (typically Apache 2.0 for community code; refer to the platform repository for the canonical license).

Disclaimers

The website is provided as is. The information here is accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of publication but does not constitute legal, security, or compliance advice. The Apinizer platform's actual behavior is governed by the platform documentation and the version you run.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apinizer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Liability arising from a signed contract is governed by that contract.

Governing law

Website Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Ankara, Türkiye, unless a signed Enterprise contract specifies otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date above tracks the latest revision. Material changes are posted at least 30 days before they take effect.
