SLA Management

With APINIZER, you can make SLA definitions to raise the service quality of your APIs. Since APINIZER has a rich logging architecture, and allows to define specialized queries, it allows you to define many varieties of SLAs.

  • You can define various rules for gateways/ servers and define the actions to be performed.
  • You can create custom reports using the Query Designer, and schedule them to run in specific periods.

With the SLA Definitions option in the SLA Management menu, you can make SLA definitions for the web services located on Apinizer by determining their times and conditions. Also, with the Actions option, you can define action that will automatically will be executed when SLA definitions are exceeded.
