The zones between the boxes representing the Client Application, Gateway and Web service in the Policies and Conversions section of the Gateway formatting screen are the zones where the message traffic is managed, and the arrows between the boxes indicate the direction of the message traffic.
There are two methods of adding a gateway policy. These;
Clicking the button on the corners of the gateway box on this screen and opening the window where the policies are managed. On this window, click on the relevant policy button to open the window.
Clicking the button located in the upper left corner of the gateway opens the FROM CLIENT APPLICATION TO GATEWAY policies.
The sections in the windows where the policies in the message traffic regions are managed; Policies section contains a list of policy buttons that the user can add to the relevant region. This button is used to add a new policy. When the user adds a policy from this list, the relevant policy button is no longer active. The order of running the policies that the user adds is displayed in the order in which the policies are executed. The order of operation is created by default in the order of the policy insertion.
When a policy group is assigned to a gateway and then a change is made to that policy group, the arrangements are not applied.
