Defining SLA And Action to The Gateway

There are 2 methods of assigning SLA and action to a Gateway. These are;

Method 1: Formatting screen for the gateway

  • Identify the SLA by clicking on the Add New SLA button in the Actions section of the Formatting screen.

Method 2: Defined SLA display

  • Click the Show gateways button that can use SLA.

  • In the ‘Registering the SLA for Gateways’ screen, click the Add button for this gateway.
